We are looking for detail-oriented, responsible, and motivated candidates who are eager to build a career in the Accounts and Finance domain. Candidates should possess basic accounting knowledge, good communication skills, and proficiency in computer operations. Priority will be given to candidates residing in Lucknow who can attend the walk-in interview and join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and update invoices, vouchers, bills, and expense reports.
- Perform data entry and maintain accounting records accurately.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and account verification processes.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment and billing matters.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and support the finance department in day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or any relevant discipline preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP or accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
